Unopened sealed products in their original condition can be returned including change of mind returns. Returns due to change of mind for opened items will not be accepted. They accept returns of products for purchases up to 15 days of delivery only if the products delivered are not what the customer ordered (the model or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary). If the product is not returned with all original items (such as manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) received with it, they may reject the return entirely.
