Revibe Return & Warranty Policies

Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Yes! In case you have any issues with the device, you can return it freely in the first 10 days from delivery date. In case you change your mind, but don't face any issues, you can still return the device, although there will be a charge of 20% of the order amount + 150 AED to cover our quality check process and shipping charges.


Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Revibe?

You will be refunded in your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it usually takes 5-7 working for the bank to process the refund.


If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?

Don't worry! In case you face any type of issue with the device, we will cover all charges, including picking up the device from your doorstep. In the event of a change of mind to return, we will still pick up the device from your doorstep, however we will deduct these charges and the quality check charges from the refund amount.


How long will it take for me to get my refund from Revibe?

We will pick up the device, inspect it and process the refund. The process usually takes 10 days

What malfunctions or product problems do Revibe warranties cover?

The Revibe Warranty covers all eligible products for a period of one year from the date of delivery. It provides comprehensive coverage for defects in materials and workmanship, excluding misuse and accidental damage. Within the first 10 days of purchase, the Revibe Warranty covers all components of the product, including the screen. After this initial period, the warranty covers all components except for the screen. Misuse of the product, such as water, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications, voids


If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Revibe to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

Within 15 days


Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

In case there is an issue with the device, Revibe will take care of all the charges


Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?

Yes


If an item I ordered turned out to be malfunctioning and Revibe doesn’t have any other in stock to replace it, what happens then?

Revibe will always be able to provide a replacement
