There were rumors about Asus planning to release the Zenfone 3 Go at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017, but recently it was released under a new name before MWC titled as the Asus Zenfone Live. It’s easy to guess from the features and specs that the Asus Zenfone Live is designed for selfie lovers. To find out more about this phone including the Asus Zenfone Live Kuwait price and specs, keep reading.
The Asus Zenfone Live is a good looking phone but it’s not a unique looking one. The back side might remind you of some HTC phones like the HTC Desire 10 Pro while the side of the phone looks like the iPhone 7 Plus. It’s packing a 5-inch screen showing 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 294ppi of pixel density. Considering the Asus Zenfone Live Kuwait price, the poor resolution it’s understandable. The phone is quite thin at 8mm and weighs about 120g. There are two colors to look for after the Asus Zenfone Live release date Kuwait, Pink/Navy Black and Shimmer Gold/Rose.
One of the noteworthy features of the Asus Zenfone Live is that users will be able to go live on third party social networks like Facebook or YouTube with a real time beautification filter. There is the BeautyLive app inside the phone which will help users to do that easily. The front camera is a 5-megapixel one and it comes with LED selfie flash. There is the usual rear camera as well which is a 13-megapixel one with LED flash. There are Dual MEMS mics to make sure users enjoy clearer chat with less noise. In this budget, this is definitely one of the best selfie camera to try. For those who are looking for a good rear camera focused phone, there is the Google Pixel XL and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
As mentioned earlier, the Asus Zenfone Live is a budget phone and it’s visible when it comes to the processor. It’s an old Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. There are only two storage options to choose from: 16GB and 32GB. Most of the phones released nowadays are running the Android 7.0 Nougat so it’s really surprising to see this phone still running Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It’s powered by a 2650mAh non-removable battery which should last a day easily. You can also check out the Asus Zenfone Max or Zenfone Max 2016 if it’s a phone with great battery life you want.
The Asus Zenfone Live will be available for about 100 KWD when it’s here. It’s definitely a phone worth checking out if you want a selfie focused phone without spending too much money.
