Alarbash Computer Return & Warranty Policies

Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

The client may return the bought items according to the following conditions: * Return shall be within 14 days from the invoice date. * Items to be returned shall be in its original condition so that Alarbash Computer could sell it to another client. In case of removing labels and covers, the item cannot be returned as the item then became used and cannot be sold as a new to another client. * If the client purchased a complete computer through Alarbash Computer website, Quadra shall not assemble the devices until the client pay 50% from its price as advance payment. If the client wishes not to complete purchasing process, Alarbash Computer will deduct 25% from the advance payment as Alarbash Computer will not be able to sell such devices where it is taken out of its packs and could not be sold as a new.


Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Alarbash Computer?

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL, NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICABLE RETURNS POLICY.
